Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

Add a user to P21DPL

1.- User access should be approved by a high level manager

2.- Connect to server PDC (10.200.10.10)

3.-Go to active directory, add user to group P21DoALLDPLUsers

4.- Create user in

5.- Make sure to select DOALLPL as default company

6.- Select Commission cost as default

7.- Set these options to "Yes"

7.- Save changes
