Phocas - Is Customer Part Number Available
Yes.
When Phocas loads / after you clicked on the sales database you wish to view, the default viewing is the 'period' view. In the top left corner of your Internet browser, select the box showing 'period' and select 'transactions'
The reason it is not available within the 'period' view is that there is not a one to one relationship between DGI part number and the customer part numbers.
Note that prior to selecting the 'transaction' selection as described above, it is recommended that you 'Phocas' on what criteria (e.g. a bill-to customer or national account) that you wish to drill-down on. Otherwise you will see all the transactions for which you have viewing abilities.
