Charlotte Vending Labels
APS labels will not print if colon is missing and characters are not in the right order.
Imported orders for APS has the data for the labels in a particular format. The label program reads that format to produce the label properly.
The pick tickets that fail are linked to rekeyed sales orders. The data for the label wasn’t re-entered in the proper format.
The developers updated the process to NOT error when printing a pick ticket. If any of the fields are incorrect or improperly formatted, the label (or just that field) would print blank.
To make sure it prints correctly, the CSR will need to go into the sales order and fix the 4 fields that shows on the label.
This is how it should look when it’s wrong.
This is how it looks when it’s correct (note the colon “:” after the field label…. Ie. B:)
