Diagnostic Edge Agent: built in diagnostic tools to restart QZ tray and troubleshoot issues
SET-UP:
(Note: for both US and CA setup in Live, instead of Play like below, remove '-play' from the server URL)

Click Edge Agent Diagnostic link in above screenshot to get here. If no 'Active' green box then QZ Tray is down. Hand icon in lower left corner has restart tools but testing required
