Print Launcher Setup for LMS Users

The file 'appSettings.json' in folder "C:\mis\PLPrintLauncher\AurConsoleAPIv" hard codes the user and password for the person that would use the LMS system. As long as it has a valid user, the Print Launcher process will work.
