Scheduled Release\Release Date
The Release Date is when the customer wants to have their material released from the scheduled order.
The combination of Expedite Time and Type determines when the material will allocate to the order. For example, if the Release Date is 12/15/21 and the Expedite Time / Type is 5 DAYS, the material will allocate *available* material on 12/10/21. NOTE: In order to have the system review for allocation, the user must run the Pick Ticket Report as it is that process that also performs the allocation. The pick ticket will not print during this process unless it also calculates to 12/10/21.
The combination of Pick Time and Type determines when the Pick Ticket will generate. For example, if the Release Date is 12/15/21 and the Pick Time / Type is 1 DAYS, the pick ticket will be generated on 12/15/21 when the Pick Ticket scan is run.
NOTE: The order data must meet the criteria being used in the Pick Ticket report and "Include Scheduled Releases" box must be enabled.
