Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

How to delete the System Alerts Found message

-This alert appears after logging in for users with Receive System Alerts enabled in User Maintenance. This setting can also be disabled in User Maintenance.   
To delete the message. Select Yes to view them now.



For Mexico send alert message to the System Admin. For Groves send the alert message to the listed user in Alert Queued Mail.  
-Change the status of the alert to Delete and Save.
