Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

New Location Setup

To setup a new location the following windows must be updated:

Location Maintenance
Item Defaults Maintenance
Pick Zone Maintenance
Putaway Zone Maintenance

Settings will vary depending on the type of location, but you can usually copy from similar existing location
