Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

Epicor EDI Error Resolution

Per Epicor:

If more than one protocol delivery failure notice is received for the same document, please open a support case so Epicor can review the issue.
If a single alert is received for a document, it does not usually indicate an actual issue other than a temporary communication problem.
When in doubt a case can always be opened and we will gladly review the transaction to make sure it went through.

The Protocol Delivery Failure notices DGI currently receives are the best way to handle this.
Most of the time when there is a communication issue, it is due to a temporary issue and the documents will go through when they are automatically resent by the system.
