Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

Find and kill session using Server Manager

Open Server Manager on GISQL1 or P21App
Server Manager > Remote Desktop Services > Overview

Then select Collection (Groves or DGI US, or Mexico, etc.)
All open sessions will be on the right.
