Answer:

This is now fixed Keilyn, have a good one

If users get the error message 'the period and year specified have already been closed' in PLAY , go into Fiscal Year Maintenance and uncheck the current month like below and Save.  If this happens in Live do not make this change.  Notify accounting and escalate within our team.
