P21 Printing Not Working
Depending on which system was reported with the problem, log into \\p21usapp or \p21app for US and CA respectively.
Then go into the start menu and launch services. Locate the following services:
Epicor Edge Agent
Epicor Print Tray Service
Print Spooler
Restart each one of them in the order listed above. Then contact the user who reported the issue to verify the problem has been resolved. If it has been resolved, the printer should resume printing. None of the print jobs will be lost.
