Tickets older than 90days will be Auto-Archived. Ticket updates or comments will reset the timer.

Phocas - How to see customer Sales / Orders / Quotes

Follow the steps below to re-create a view with Sales, Open Orders and Quotes totals grouped by customers
  1. Select Bill To Customer
  2. Change from ‘period’ to ‘stream’
  3. Click on Stream
  4. Click on Custom
  5. Delete the two variances – no reason
  6. Click + and add a new measure. Call it quotes. Click on “sales sales”
  7. Change stream to quotes. Change period to match period shown
  8. Click ‘apply’ and then ‘apply’.
